Kinesiology Session with Bespoke Aromatherapy Product (with Kathryn)

Essential oils can help rebalance and enhance our emotional and physical well-being.
I combine my knowledge as an Aromatherapist and Kinesiologist to create a bespoke aromatherapy product formulation for you.
Products to help skin, sinus and muscular issues are available, or perhaps you would like a bodycare product to help you to relax and unwind and let go of stress. Product formulations include:
*shampoo
*bubble bath/oil
*skin creams/body butters and oils
*inhalation/diffuser blend
*room spray
During the session, a full consultation is taken to help me to fully understand the issues you are experiencing at this time. You will then receive a short Kinesiology session to help with these issues and prepare you for your bespoke product. Kinesiology muscle testing is then used to identify the exact combination of oils for your product, as well as guidance on usage.
Additional lifestyle advice (e.g. diet, nutrition, exercise, relaxation, sleep) to support your progress may also be suggested. At the end of the session, your product will be prepared, ready for you to take away, along with full instructions for using it and any additional advice from the session.

Aromatherapy is the therapeutic application of essential oils through massage, inhalation or skin/hair/bath products.
Essential oils are extracted from the flowers, leaves, stems, bark and roots of plants and trees. The oils contain many chemical constituents, which are naturally relaxing, sedating, uplifting, anti-depressant, anti-inflammatory etc. When applied to the body these molecules are readily absorbed through the skin, and are carried around the body via the bloodstream to deliver their therapeutic properties.
